Volunteer with mttp

MARCH TO THE POLLS PROVIDES VARIOUS VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDING:

IN-CLASSROOM VOTER EDUCATION

Engage and empower high school students to utilize their vote as their voice. This is accomplished through our volunteers using a March to the Polls presentation to engage with students in classrooms on voting.

STUDENT VOTER EMPOWERMENT CLUB MENTORS

These community mentors help guide a student led club at a high school with an existing Student Voter Empowerment Club.

VOLUNTEER DEPUTY REGISTRARS (VDRs)

VDRs have many opportunities to volunteer with March to the Polls within our high school visits and community engagement events to register eligible voters.

The training to become a VDR is done through each county’s election office. Please let us know if you are interested in becoming a VDR in another county other than Dallas.

MARCH TO THE POLLS VOLUNTEER ZOOM TRAINING

Sign up to attend a zoom training to become a volunteer. This training will go over the different aspects of being a MTTP volunteer.

VOLUNTEER PLATFORM

If you are interested in volunteering with MTTP please sign up for our volunteer platform. The platform is called VOMO and in order to see our volunteer opportunities you just need to create a username and password for the platform (which is free).

After you create your username and password and login you can then see all of the opportunities and sign up for volunteer opportunities.

We will continue to add volunteer opportunities so if you ever want to go back to the volunteer platform to see what we have going on, you can use the same link, which is pasted below. When you sign up for an event, it will text and email you the link as well!
